Every year the 27th Alabama Infantry participates in the Confederate Memorial Day Services in either Florence, AL or Tuscumbia, AL. This year we participated in Tuscumbia's dedication services in Oakwood Cemetery. They had a few different speakers then we fired a salute to the Confederate soldiers buried in the cemetery.
